The Annual Meeting is approaching on January 31 and if you have any difficulties with Zoom I’d encourage you to either attend the training (January 27 at 1 p.m.) or request a paper ballot. The Annual Report will be emailed out to the parish, and if you would like a paper copy, please let us know and we will send you one. Thank you to everyone who wrote a report and submitted it to myself or Lynn. It’s truly inspiring to see all the ministry we have engaged in this year.
As I mentioned on Sunday, we will be offering Adult Ed on Sundays mornings again, beginning March 7 at 9 a.m. We’ll allow ten masked people in the Parish Hall and also offer a Zoom link for people who would rather be remote. The people from Spectrum were due on Thursday, and I am hoping that better internet will make life and fellowship easier.
Lent is starting to approach, and I am curious if anyone would appreciate an online Stations of the Cross. If you would be interested in participating, please let me know. I haven’t scheduled it yet, so if you tell me you are interested, you could pick the time. :D
Ash Wednesday is February 17 and we will offer a Drive-In service at 9 a.m. as well as an online service that should be available that morning and throughout the day. The Drive-In service will include an opportunity to receive ashes on your forehead (we’ll go car to car) as well as Holy Communion. I hope you will join us.
Finally, I want to let you know that our new Day by Day booklets have arrived. If you would like a Day by Day booklet, you can pick it up after the Drive-In service or from the office during the week.
Prayers and Blessings,
Mother Pippa
